Vision, Mission & Goals

Who is the Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County?

The Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County is cultivating an effective early childhood ecosystem for children from birth through age five and their families in Adams County. We define an effective early childhood ecosystem as one where every child and family in Adams County has equitable access to the high-quality and affordable services and supports they need to thrive.

Cultivating an effective early childhood ecosystem requires whole community collaborative impact. Therefore we collaborate with those who has an impact in young children’s lives including those who care for children, support children, teach children and invest in children.

We include parents and families in all of our work as a child’s most important caregiver, supporter, teacher and investor.

Together our work strengthens the connections between these groups, fills the gaps in resources and increases the quality of care, support and education for children and families.

We know that healthy children come from strong families and strong families come from thriving communities, that includes strong and valued early childhood professionals. With our collaborative partners, we measure our impact and hold one another accountable for the following indicators and make decision based on our Equity Impact Statement;  Equity Impact Overview;  Declaración de impacto de equidad; Declaración de impacto de equidad Resumen
