Our Core Business/Framework

ECPAC’s core business is to build and strengthen community partnerships towards shared accountability for improved early childhood and family outcomes, assessing for and supporting efforts to increase equitable access to high-quality, affordable early childhood and family services and supports.  This includes raising awareness about the importance of the early years and strong families, assessing for and supporting sufficient investments to meet the community’s needs, ensuring sound policies to best support young children and their families, and providing professional development towards high quality delivery of services and support and community leadership in advancing outcomes for young children and families.
