10 Aug Empowered Writing Workshop
-
September 21, 2026
9:00 am - 11:00 am
Through writing, readings, and reflection, participants will explore themes of empowerment,
self-confidence, and finding your voice. While this workshop is focused on personal writing, we
can practice expression through the genre that most aligns with the participant–memoir, fiction,
or poetry. We create a trauma-aware and inclusive environment with writing exercises that will
allow participants to explore their personal histories, feelings, and relationships to the themes in
a safe and supportive space. There is no direct sharing or critique of work, and any reflection is
completely optional and voluntary
